Our experience ranges from residential properties to commercial, retail, leisure, education, and medical facilities. We are based in central France but have projects throughout continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Our engineers have also worked in many international territories including the United States of America, South East Asia and the Middle East, which enables us to bring international experience to our projects. With a strong background in the entire discipline of mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering, we are comfortable working with other specialist disciplines such as architects, structural and civil engineers, acoustic engineers, fire engineering teams and vertical transportation engineers.

Our consultancy services can be engaged at any stage of the project, and include:
- MEP stage design to RIBA our international standards of deliverables, including drafting, modelling, data sheets, specifications, and project briefs
- Commissioning and handover support
- Design review and due diligence
- Energy auditing and modelling
- Sustainability benchmarking, including BREEAM & LEED reviews, Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) & SBEM calculations
